We got three of these. Great little device, especially for larger locations where we need more coverage. We'll bait certain rooms with these and put them on different chimes so we can distinguish which alarm is tripped.

Works as advertised at a reasonable price.

Well, I jut got it, a few days ago. It does detect motion (mine so far). At the moment it is in my bedroom, where I seems to have the most activity. This should reinforce if it is just a dream, or if there is something going on. Hope this helps. I like the flashing light as I am deaf.

I just love how good of a product this little machine is. I love how you can choose whatever song do you want depending on how big of a place that you’re investigating so you can pick up your own sound so that you will hear and know from what room the the motion sensor comes from. It works very well both indoors as much as outdoors and can absolutely recommend this to have among in your toolbox for investigations

So I had a chance to use these motion detectors at the Roads Hotel in Atlanta, IN and let me tell you these little gems might be small but they are mighty. very sensitive, and love you can choose your pattern of either voice, music or knocks and the light on these do not blind you in a dark location. I wished I had more this past weekend.. Going to stock up on these for the next investigation.. Ghost Stop please do not get rid of these. I love them.

SO much better than the other, basic, original model; I do have one of the older ones, I can place it in one space, arm this one with a different sound than Chime for another space, and looking to add more to have detection all around us as much as possible, over time. Our group has several of these, in addition to a couple that ONLY have the buzzer. While, if you are several rooms away, those with the buzzer ONLY can easily be heard, if you are in an adjoining room or in close proximity, they can be a bit annoying. We love these, since you have the option of either a chime or buzzer. Under most circumstances, (small buildings or residential investigations) we much prefer this model. C.P.I. now buys exclusively from Ghoststop, and with the quality and functionality of their products, we are not likely to consider going elsewhere.
